A few weeks ago, I threw my baby sister a bridal shower along with a few of her bridesmaids. I catered the event with a champagne brunch. I might recreate the recipes for this blog at a later time, but for now this will be a picture entry. Enjoy!

The Menu:
Herb Goat Cheese, Mushrooms and Baby Spinach Fritatta
Caramelized Onions, Spinach and Salami Pizza
Thyme and Parsley Sausages
Garlic & Shrimp Penne with Artichoke Hearts and Petite Peas
Fresh Vegetables & Spinach Dip
Fresh Fruit & Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Champagne Cocktails: Mimosas, Mango Guava and Pomme Apple
(mixes aside from orange juice made from scratch)
“Ros’ Coffee Lovers Only” Cake

I based this cake on my sister’s favorite sundae from Cold Stone, the “Coffee Lovers Only”
Mocha cake with a coffee, toffee (candy pieces) and almond buttercream filling, chocolate buttercream icing and the sides pressed with roasted almonds and chopped toffee candy pieces. Some strawberries on top because my piping skills suck and voila!
