Fil-Am Cuisine – Karioka
Best bite of the week! Filipino Fried Coconut Rice Balls. The texture is very much like a mochi, beautifully soft and chewy with flecks of coconut through out, encased in an ethereally crispy thin shell and finally soaked in a caramel sugar syrup. Addicting and surprisingly not too sweet!

I’m gonna wax poetic about that BBQ Pork, it was so yummy I had to buy a few more to go!
